ESA & Tuition Responsibilities

ECA requests a copy of the ESA contract be sent to the school.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the tuition payments until ECA receives a copy of the contract or funds from ESA or a Scholarship Tuition Organization.
ECA is affiliated with several Scholarship Tuition Organizations (STOs).
− STO information is located at ecakingman.org under Admissions/Tuition Assistance.
− ECA recommends completion of a minimum of three or more STO applications.
If the full annual tuition amount is paid at the time of enrollment, a $250 discount applies.

All enrollment fees are non-refundable because they are used to purchase books and curriculum for each individual child. Enrollment fees must be paid in full before the child is considered fully enrolled.
